Personalised Items:

As all of our items are made to order and personalised (e.g. with names, initials, or roles), we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude personalised or made-to-order items from the standard 14-day return policy.

Please ensure all personalised details are entered correctly before confirming your order. We do not take responsibility for errors entered by the customer (e.g. typos, incorrect initials).

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please message us via within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll be happy to offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
