Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order, but due to the nature of our products, please read the following carefully before placing your purchase.

Personalised Items

As all of our garments are made to order and personalised (e.g. with names, initials, or roles), we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude personalised or made-to-order items from the standard 14-day return policy.

Please ensure all personalised details are entered correctly before confirming your order. We do not take responsibility for errors entered by the customer (e.g. typos, incorrect initials).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll be happy to offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Personalised Items

If you’ve purchased a non-personalised item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Please email us before returning any items.

Postage Costs

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
